1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, quotations, and agreements provided by SZ Star Netherlands Ltd, operating in the Netherlands and surrounding countries.
2. Services Provided
- Transport & logistics
- Express and same-day deliveries
- Painting services
- Cleaning services
- Additional labor and support services
SZ Star Netherlands Ltd may modify or refuse services when necessary.
3. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are non-binding, unless stated otherwise.
- Prices depend on distance, labor, urgency, materials, and project size.
- Extra charges (tolls, parking, waiting time, urgent fees) will be communicated.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Booking Services
A booking is confirmed once SZ Star Netherlands Ltd sends written confirmation.
Customers must provide accurate details such as:
- Addresses
- Access instructions
- Project descriptions
Services can be refused if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.
5. Cancellations & Changes
By the customer:
- More than 24 hours before service: free
- Within 24 hours: 50% charge
- Same-day cancellation: 100% charge
By SZ Star Netherlands Ltd:
Services may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unsafe conditions, incorrect information, or force majeure.
6. Payment Terms
- Payments accepted by bank transfer, payment links, or cash (if allowed).
- Business customers: 14-day payment term unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur administrative costs or statutory interest.
- Goods/materials remain property of SZ Star Netherlands Ltd until fully paid.
7. Transport Conditions
- Customers must ensure goods are properly packed unless packing service is agreed.
- SZ Star Netherlands Ltd is not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging or wrong information.
- Delivery times are indicative unless a guaranteed time is agreed in writing.
- The customer must ensure proper loading/unloading access.
8. Painting & Cleaning Services
Painting:
- Customer must remove fragile or valuable items unless otherwise arranged.
- We use professional materials and aim for the agreed quality result.
Cleaning:
- Work is performed to professional standards.
- SZ Star Netherlands Ltd is not responsible for damages to already broken, unstable, or fragile items.
9. Liability
SZ Star Netherlands Ltd is only liable for direct damage caused by proven negligence.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect losses (income loss, delays, etc.)
- Incorrect customer information
- Force majeure situations
- Damage caused by poor packaging
Maximum liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the service.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for non-performance due to conditions outside our control, such as extreme weather, traffic, illness, breakdowns, strikes, etc.
11. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All customer data is handled confidentially and processed according to our Privacy Policy and the AVG (GDPR).
12. Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
